About Pickup

Per Governor Wolf's December 10th Order, in store operations are temporarily suspended until Monday, January 4th, 2021.

All orders placed online are for curbside pick up.

Shortly after your purchase, you will be contacted via phone to schedule a time for curbside pick up.  If an order is placed outside of our business hours, you will be contacted on the next business day.

Any items including free gift wrapping will be labeled on the exterior so nothing gets mixed up.  

Unused items can be exchanged for an alternative option of the same product (different robot building kit, tshirt size, etc).

 

Pending a closure, the end date of any Yearly Pass will be extended. Physical items will be provided at pick up for a Yearly Pass.  When setting up a time for curbside pickup, we will also request: 1) purchaser contact information; 2) receiver name & contact information; 3) receiver birthdate and photo; and 4) in case of emergency contact information, which is optional.  Yearly Pass gifts do include a card which the receiver will exchange for a photo ID pass.
